Fresh ingredients, local products and herbs from our own garden or from the surrounding countryside shape our cooking. In the evening, guests can choose between two 4-course menus, accompanied by a daily salad buffet with grilled vegetables. Once a week, we also invite guests to enjoy an aperitif.
