Our rates vary depending on the season, room category and length of stay. We will be pleased to prepare an individual, non-binding offer for you.
The local tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €3.00 per person per night from the age of 14.
Children’s reductions
Children’s reductions apply from the 3rd bed in the parents’ room:
0 to 2 years: €40.00
3 to 6 years: 50% reduction
7 to 11 years: 30% reduction
from 12 years: 10% reduction
Pets
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Booking and payment
A deposit is required to finalise the reservation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or online by credit card. It serves to guarantee your reservation and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. No further cancellation charges will apply.
The balance for your stay can be settled on site either on the evening before departure or on the morning of departure. We accept debit cards, EC cards, credit cards and cash within the limits permitted by Italian law.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 1.00 pm. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 am.

At the Krondlhof you get the Kronplatz Guest Pass for free!
As a guest of our hotel, you will receive the Kronplatz Guest Pass upon arrival. This guest card entitles you to unlimited use of the ski buses in the Pustertal Valley and the San Vigilio Dolomites region, as well as all public transport throughout South Tyrol, including regional trains.
Discounted participation in the weekly programme of the local tourism organizations and discounts on selected activities are also included.
If you are arriving by public transport, the guest card can also be provided in advance via pre-check-in.
