In this context, first-party cookies and identifiers, in particular Google Analytics cookies, may be used together with Google advertising cookies and other identifiers from Google and third parties.
We also use Google Analytics in connection with Google Ads in order to measure the effectiveness of our advertising activities and, where the relevant consent has been given, to create audiences for remarketing. VIII. Transfer of personal data to third parties
Your personal data may be disclosed to contractors who assist us in providing our services. Data transfer takes place on the basis of data processing agreements. Our contractors will use your personal data only to the extent necessary to perform their duties. They are contractually obliged to process your personal data exclusively in your interest and according to your requests.
In the event of a restructuring or sale of our company to a third party, any personal data we hold about you may be transferred to that reorganised entity or third party in compliance with applicable law.
We may disclose your personal data if we are legally entitled or required to do so, for example if required by law or by court order.

We cannot guarantee the security of information you submit via our website while it is in transit over the internet, and any such submission is at your own risk.
X. Data retention
We strive to keep our processing activities relating to your personal data as limited as possible. In the absence of specific retention periods set out in this policy, your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, if applicable, as long as required by statutory retention requirements.
XI. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances of the specific case, you have the following data protection rights:
- to request access to your personal data and/or a copy of such data. This includes information about the purpose of use, the categories of data used, their recipients and persons authorised to access them, and, where possible, the planned storage period or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
- to request that your personal data be corrected, deleted, or that processing be restricted where its use is impermissible under data protection law, particularly because (i) the data is incomplete or inaccurate, (ii) it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, (iii) the consent on which the processing was based has been withdrawn, or (iv) you have successfully exercised a right to object to the processing; in cases where the data is processed by third parties, we will forward your requests for correction, deletion, or restriction of processing to such third parties unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort;
- to refuse to provide consent or, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time;
- not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you;
- to request that the personal data concerning you which you have provided to us be made available in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit such data to another controller without hindrance from us; you may also have the right to request that we transmit the personal data directly to another controller, where technically feasible;
- to take legal action or to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authorities if you believe that your rights have been infringed as a result of your personal data being processed in a manner that is not compliant with data protection law.
In addition to the foregoing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data:
- if we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes; or
- if we process your personal data for the purposes of pursuing our legitimate interests and there are reasons arising from your particular situation.
You may (i) exercise the rights referred to above, (ii) ask any questions, or (iii) lodge complaints regarding our data processing by contacting us. You will find our contact details further below.
